Dear Sydney,
I was looking through my naughty & nice list and I saw that you have been a very good girl this year, and so I thought that I would write you this letter for Christmas this year.
Christmas is truly a special time, a time for giving and for sharing. Here at the North Pole we have been working very hard to make sure we are ready for Christmas Eve, when I have to visit all the little boys and girls in the World bringing presents and gifts.
Mrs. Claus and I have been checking with the elves, and they tell us that you have been a very good girl this year and have been kind to all your friends, and that makes Rudolph the Red-Nosed reindeer very happy, indeed!
During this past year you have:
* Learned to ride your bike
* Helped with chores around the house
* Raised lots of money for charity in your sponsored walk
Well done Sydney!
You might like to know that Santa's helpers have been very busy in the workshop making a special gift just for you. And since you have been so very good since last Christmas, Santa's sleigh will be filled with surprises for you and all your family. My Elves tell me that these are some of the presents that you would like:
* A Blue's Clue Dog
* A Gold Tea Set
* Barbie Volkswagon Car
At this special time, there are boys and girls in the World who are less fortunate than others. Please take the time to remember them in your prayers and remember that Christmas is a time for hope and joy.
Not long from now, I'll be leaving the North Pole for my long trip on Christmas Eve, to visit you in Tennessee. Even though it's a very long journey, I am looking forward to visiting Pigeon Forge most of all!
Well Sydney, I have to go now, I still have so much to do before Christmas Eve and I need to go and feed the Reindeer. I hope that you enjoy Christmas and that you work hard and are a good girl next year.
Merry Christmas,
Santa Claus
P.S. Remember to leave out some Carrots for Rudolph and the other reindeer, and a glass of Milk for me! |
